Wow, talk about some epic Chrissy-Splaining. As Rivers pointed out yesterday, the last upload was roughly 2 weeks ago. This video actually does provide us with some clarity. I am sure now he was given that second strike. He waited for the 2 weeks to clear to then upload this on to Stacy’s channel. Scared to death that if he left up his channel an old video would do him in. I do not think he is circumventing the TOS because it seems like he waited for his ban on uploading to clear. Everyone can make their own judgement if reporting is worth the time.

He talks about coming back in a couple months. It will be interesting to see if he risks only one strike disappearing or waits out the 90 days from the second strike April 14th. He is way too lazy to go through all his old videos and re-edit them. I am guessing that he will probably keep the majority of the gambling related content private. Druff did a radio segment, that is in the archives, on Saturday night where he talks about the videos being private. All the anti-CM content on YouTube made it clear that the most likely scenario was that because of the second strike the videos were moved to private.

There was some earlier discussion about the date of Chrissys last video that was posted on Change Your Life vlog being April 15th. I looked in this thread, it doesn’t appear that this video was linked here.

In Chrissys most recent video (the one posted on Stacys Channel), at about the 11:05 mark, he opens up his account where you can see all his videos as well as the upload dates on the far right side. The last video shown uploaded is on April 14th. So if he did upload a video on the 15th, this may have been the video that was given a strike and removed.

But I do find it funny how he decided to upload to Stacys channel right at the 14 day mark to not take a chance on potentially being terminated for ban evasion.

The question now, is how long will he wait? I would think his intent is to wait until the strikes fall off. I personally don’t think he can make it that long. My guess is he will be pushing some type of gambling content within a week either on Stacys channel or his own.

Unless Chrissy hits the roids again (which is very possible to occur), he's not going to go very far with this "return to the gym" thing. He likes eating good food, and I'm guessing he's too lazy these days to spend the time/energy working out in order to burn it off. Furthermore, being muscular was always more important to him than just being thin (I blame the Napoleon complex), and it's quite tough to develop noticeable muscles when working out in your 40s without the aid of roids. So if Chrissy wants to look "ripped" again, it's either roids nor nothing. And if he doesn't do roids, the effort required simply to burn off the weight won't be worth it to him.
