The time discrepancy between his being in the casino till 1:30am story and the roulette session can only mean one of two things:
1. He is indeed in Vegas and he lost all his money (and whomever might have been attending his chum meetup) a lot earlier than the time he’s saying he was in the casino
2. He’s not in Vegas and is in a time zone further East He could be in Ohio where 3:30am is 12:30am in Vegas. However if he is somewhere East the odds get a lot less likely that there actually was a Mastermind.
I think number 2 makes much more sense. The timing of another mastermind gathering doesn’t add up given he just did one a couple of weeks ago

Surprising, he is in a Mercedes. I reversed imaged searched the seat belt cover panel on the pillar since it had a look you don't see everyday. It appears to be an older (2009 or older) model but I cant be sure of the exact year, but for sure it is a Mercedes. It is possible they used that style of trim past 2009, I just don't have the time to look at the moment.
This is not exactly the same but similar in that generation Mercedes. Also, the one below is for the passenger side.
