It pisses me off that he still generates income from defrauding and manipulating people with his erroneous and silly life and casino strategies. The fact that more new people (even some old idiots) attended these idiotic events is simple disappointing and outrageously embarrassing. It just shows that when it comes to generating money and an easy way to get it, gullible people are going to flock towards that direction. But still…there is a silver lining.
I believe we are doing a great service and awareness factor into displaying Christopher Mitchell for who he really is. Have you seen the views on here? Almost 1.3 million!! It is just not us reading through this 500 plus page thread. And as Druff mentioned before too, Chrissy reads this every single day and it infuriates and embarrasses him. I’m happy that myself and the good guys on here have contributed to that worthy cause.

This is a very interesting post to me because CM is essentially admitting (possibly for the first time) that he is not a winning gambler and that gambling is just his cover story to extract money from rubes.
It's the "fake it until you make it" mentality that CM surely learned in the MLM business, if not before.

If Chrissy really is broke as a joke, as we suspect, then he can legitimately pay no taxes each year. Or at least almost legitmately.
Why? Because since his business is "gambling and "gambling coaching", all of his losses can be written off against his income. If at the end of each calendar year, Chrissy is flat broke and has no assets, the IRS will not come after him. They only go after people who accumulate assets/wealth at a rate which doesn't make sense for their stated income.
His brags on YouTube unfortunately cannot be used as evidence to the IRS. You can say you made millions, but that doesn't put you on the hook for taxes on those fake millions. People lie online all the time.
Could his Thrivecart? Yes, but only if he ends up with assets. Even if he makes $200k with Thrivecart, if he chunks it all off in the casinos (and spends the rest of it on these gambling trips), he can legally write all that off. It is likely Thrivecart sends in that info to the IRS anyway.
My opinion is that it will be very tough to nail Chrissy on tax fraud. If he doesn't have a pot to piss in, they will not want to pursue him.
Reminds me of a friend I advised on exactly this matter back in the 2000s. This was a guy with a gambling problem who was perpetually broke. He got a letter from the IRS saying he owed money for a past large poker tournament cash. I asked him, "At the end of that year, did you have any assets, or were you basically broke?" He told me he was broke. I replied, "Then write to the IRS and state exactly that. Tell them you were broke at the end of that calendar year, having lost these winnings back the same way you made them. Tell them you are also broke today." He did exactly that, and they dropped the matter. The IRS is not interesting in auditing brokedicks.

To give a personal example about taxes.
I was born at the right time to be in my teens-early 20s when bonus hunting was the holy grail. I cleared easily 100k for years. Never did taxes. IRS never said a word because 0 of my income was reported to them by the casinos(obviously)
Then i got into stocks on e-trade. Once again didn't do taxes. But boom. Tax man came to the mail box. Owed $257,000 because e-trade reported all my trades to IRS.
Once i did taxes and off set what i had minus what i bought in for i ended up paying $500 in taxes and a $1,000 penalty. I always do my taxes now but never got taxed on my bonus hunting money.
The biggest thing of getting an audit(pertaining to his situation) is if you actually have income being reported to the IRS that you personally aren't reporting on your income tax. Chris has nothing being reported by an outside source to the IRS. The IRS will never pursue him unless he buys something large that draws attention.(even then maybe not)I guarantee he doesn't file taxes personally or as a business.

If this video resulted in a loss he wouldn't post it, real $ or fake.
