There are many words that can leave things open to interpretation, however, the word “Guarantee or Guaranteed” is just about the last word that you want to use in a contract, or in a business setting where you are selling something, to where there are consequences for your choice of words. The word “Guarantee” leaves nothing up for interpretation.

Even terms like win 99.999999% of the time are obviously misleading, however they do give some room for variance.

The term “win 100% of the time” even though it’s a small difference As far as numerical value, compared to 99.999999% of the time, it’s a huge difference as far as legal terms, or in the court room.

100% Guaranteed to win leaves NO OTHER OPTION except to WIN. 99.9999999% does leave an option to not win regardless how small. Someone out there will be that rare .0000001%.

Guaranteed leaves no other outcome EXCEPT TO WIN. Vs. Something like Im “Setting a goal of 100k this month”. Whether he hits the goal or not there won’t be legal consequences.

It’s funny how someone who makes barely $30k and got that kind of money. But wait…didn’t you quit that 9 to 5 and became a millionaire? Why does one need these measly loans. Video with Chrissy July 9th 2020. Website states he received PPP loan August 2020. They may have rounded to the next month.

Government salaries website has him earning $34.4k ($16/hr) in 2019 as a special education aide. Not exactly an income you can go out and blow money gambling on.

Went to Chrissys Channel, clicked on “videos” and scrolled down. It will only go back about 2 months then it starts all over again with the most recent videos.

I tried it on 3 different devices, all doing the same.

15m mark he does say its only money and you can always get it back.

Wow! Check this out at the 6 minute mark. I don’t know how DJ got this video. Was Chrissy live-streaming that day and then immediately took it down?

His manner and wording is almost exactly the same as it was when he left World Series Game 1 (which I guess then became the second sporting event he’s ever left early in his life)…about being embarrassed for the city/state. So I guess we know for certain he lost money there too.

What’s also hysterical here is that nobody in the city of Columbus nor the state of Ohio felt embarrassed. Their team won the game. That’s all most people care about. The team is not going to purposely push to cover a big spread when they know they’ve got the win locked up (though granted margin of victory sometimes affects the college football rankings).

It's also extremely laughable that KD keeps saying these e-mails he's posting are from a "victim" (complete with blacked out identity), even though anyone with the IQ of Forrest Gump can clearly see these were all written by KD himself. He even eventually admits in the e-mails that he never played on BOL (lol), but claims to have collected "7 victims", all of whom will be going to authorities. Yeah, sure you did. Yvonne and Frank at Commission Kings obviously saw right through all of this, realized it was just a weirdo obsessed with personal hatred for Chrissy, and decided to discard everything they were told.

But why is KD lying to his viewers? It's one thing to attempt to (poorly) lie to Yvonne, but I thought KD is all about honesty and transparency? Yet he's still saying a "victim" wrote these e-mails? And this guy has the nerve to mock me for questioning whether BOL told him the truth about the dealers getting the tips. Betonline is presently one of the biggest US-facing sportsbooks, and has been for years. KD really thinks that his rambling, incoherent web form submissions about Chrissy will finally spur the DOJ into action against BOL.

Huge legal casinos (both brick-and-mortar and online), which donate millions to political campaigns each year and have a ton of influence, can't get the DOJ to go after Betonline yet. But watch out! If my name is mentioned -- or even cryptically referred to -- in today's upcoming video, I will tell the full story, and I will provide evidence to back it all up.

Like... they might not be particularly protective regarding the deposit/withdrawal/betting history of such a player, or any problems they may have had with that player. You've given the guy a billion chances and he always circles back to bashing you and PFA. It's such bizarre behavior for an anonymous youtube exposer of a scammer to be so obsessed with how a group of mostly anonymous users of a completely separate forum are commenting on the same scammer.

Still trying to figure out where that footage of Chrissy walking out of the Ohio State game came from. Clearly he filmed it wth the intent of showing it somewhere. But if that were on his YouTube channel it didn’t last there very long. Might we actually be looking at a video that got posted to his inner circle? One would have to think that he was heavily touting the Buckeyes to the members as his “lock of the week.” So if that is the case perhaps this ending video was his way of blaming the team and not focusing on how much of a moron he is for taking a giant risk that a 25 point spread would be covered.

I don’t care what the ranks are of the two teams playing…when you start talking about a 3+ touchdown spread anything is always possible. You get a coupe of lucky drives here and there by the inferior team and that spread suddenly is way too much to overcome. Look at the NFL this past weekend….Buffalo were double digit favorites against Jacksonville and not only didn’t cover that but they also lost an ugly low scoring game.

And to call the coach the “f@#ing worst of all time” is ridiculous. He coached them to a win. That’s his job. It isn’t his job to run up a score to satisfy degenerate gamblers. Ohio State only has one loss all season. The coach can’t be that bad.
