Not sure how Verified Re-Sale tickets work exactly, I'm guessing Ticket master or whatever vendor lists it gets a cut of the sale price? But looking at Ticket master there are Re-Sale tickets on sale in the 1st row that are much less than 50K or whatever bullshit number Chrissy says their value is!
Even the few 50 yard line tickets available are around 39-46K each, so we KNOW he ain't sitting 1st row on the 50 yard line!

I think you're giving a Bit Too Much credit to Schulkins' intellectual prowess. He owns an Insurance company, not a real brain trust by any means. Having worked in the insurance industry decades ago, I can personally tell you I've worked for some of the lowest IQ individuals who had little common sense or business acumen.TheRivers: I find it mind-boggling that someone as intelligent as Schulkins actually believes things that Chrrissy says.
A LOT of these Independent Insurance brokers are basically MLM hucksters who hire a bunch of young, naive folks to make cold calls and sell Life insurance policies to senior citizens and foreigners (see Zach and Kevin Blumpkin).
Schulkins literally hired a bunch of college age kids to work the phones and sell policies day and night for a very small cut. He may have even inherited the business from a relative who has a huge Book of Business and Schulkins merely maintains the current clients while occasionally getting new ones.
Not saying he isn't making good money, because clearly he is, but it's not very difficult to do if you have the capital for start up and overhead or just luck out and your Daddy does all the work and leaves you with a shit ton of clients to manage. Think of it like a Long standing Grocery Store, the clients will keep paying year after year and you just have to hire new staff to hock eggs & milk every day while taking your cut of the profits!

I asked about Super Bowl ticket offers and I didn’t qualify for Caesars or Wynn (no surprise as I haven’t been to Vegas in almost two years). I asked my hosts what the minimum qualifications were. My Planet Hollywood host said “a $100,000 loss within the last 12 months” and my Wynn host said “a $1 million credit line, plus trip history”. Chrissy definitely could have qualified under the “$100,000 loss in the last 12 months” category if he’s been playing at Caesars properties, but I’m pretty sure it would be two tickets and not 3rd row.
