Ya watching these protests and the cops just have to stand there while these pussies get right in front of their face and cuss them out for hours on end knowing the cops have to just stand there and take it. Why the fuck would a cop want to protect and serve these people? Then these same idiots are the one's that don't think they're treated fairly when they get arrested.
Who remembers in 2019 when the libs were screaming "OMG OMG OMG ANOTHER SHOOTING, WHEN WE GONNA FINALLY WAKE UP AND GET RID OF GUNS???"
Now a lot of those same libs are in 3-hour lines at the gun store, frantically trying to purchase weapons because they know the police ain't coming if they call them when riots reach their neighborhood.
We already saw this change in attitude starting when the coronavirus shutdown started -- people again realizing that the world can change on a dime, and suddenly orderly life can cease to exist. You're either prepared or you're not.
We might actually get some good things out of the disasters of 2020:
- And end to these idiotic assaults on 2nd amendment rights
- An end to tolerating looting and rioting as extensions of protest
- Exposure of Bill de Blasio and Eric Garcetti as the incompetent fools they've always been
- Exposure of Andrew Cuomo and Gretchen Whitmer as the incompetent fools they've always been (lol nursing homes)
- Lessons on how to handle and how not to handle a pandemic, from both a health and economic standpoint
- Increase in options to work at home online, and to take classes online
- Addressing of huge health vulnerability on cruise ships -- basically what to do if a major outbreak (of anything) occurs onboard
- Death of the buffet. Because let's face it -- buffets suck.
- End to the trend of cramming people closer and closer together at stadiums, on airplanes, at concerts, etc. (This has been especially tough on tall people like me.)
Of course the libs are going to try to parlay this into universal healthcare and UBI, so we still have to dodge those bullets.
Joe Biden hits a milestone Hillary Clinton never did: 50%

Let's get rid of the cops! Whata well thought out rational idea from atine's smart, unemotional party.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the left pushed for some kind of quota system to where the racial breakdown of people arrested matches the racial breakdown of the population.
There's a serious narrative right now that the higher percentage of black men in prison right now is due to systemic racism and "mass incarceration", and not because black men are actually committing more crimes.
The left often has the problem of feeling too much and thinking too little.
Yes, quite sad isn't it? That literally 90% of your members here are of this party.
Sickening to think these idiots actually want to rip babies out of the womb a day before birth, no guns to anyone but cops, fucking men in women's sports, like fighting and cycling and weight lifting which is just LOL, on and on with the crazy shit. And yet they all tow the party line.
Sad!
The right doesn't replace logic with empathy. That's what the left wants.
For example, right now they want us to pretend that the main crisis facing the black community is extermination by police. In reality, death by police is a TINY percentage of overall violent deaths of black males. In reality, the problem comes from within, as it's career violent criminal black men killing other black men. The left doesn't want to touch this because the solution would require longer incarceration of these criminals, which they'd never support. So instead they scapegoat white police, who are a tiny part of the overall problem.
They can't explain why we are focusing on a tiny percentage of the actual problem and ignoring the huge problem, but that's the left for you.
Strawmanning the issue again! The problem with policing in the US NOT that cops are killing black men to “exterminate” them; it is that cops are essentially going unpunished way too often for abusing the rights of black folks unless the black community routinely riots to get the authorities to get the authorities to reform how the police operate in black communities.
For example, the riots that followed Michael Brown’s death, albeit that cop shooting him was IMO justified in the moment by the circumstance, brought proper attention to how the city of Ferguson was funding a substantial and onerous portion of its budget by having the police aggressively arrest and charge with finable offenses the poor and lower income folks in the community.
And the judges in Ferguson were also in on the corrupt scheme by leveling onerous fines and re-fines for those who couldn’t pay the initial fines. Essentially, Ferguson officials, who were also exclusively white, were using the police to unjustly tax the underprivileged in Ferguson, who were predominantly, if not entirely, black folk. If the riots hadn’t happened in reaction to Michael Ferguson’s death st the hands of the police, the state authorities wouldn’t have given a fuck about the corrupt way Ferguson was funding its budget and stepped in to address that abuse of its poorer citizens.
