When does predictit consider the election result final? The election votes will be counted forever plus there will be legal challenges

Always read the market rules. Sometimes they word it as "When CNN and the AP both call a winner". In this case, it's basically up to PredictIt's discretion. The Iowa caucus results took months for the market to resolve. But no, lawsuits cannot drag out the contest forever. There's constitutional deadlines that have to be met. December 8th is the last day to resolve legal challenges, recounts, etc. By December 23rd, electors have to cast their ballots. January 6th, congress meets to count the electoral college ballots. January 20th, inauguration day.

The deadlines I bolded in your post are real but not "final" in the sense that the election will continue without them. When Congress meets on Jan. 6 to count the EVs, if any states have not sent certified EVs then those states just won't be counted. It has happened before, but not for many years. But if it happens the election process will not stop.

It's also possible for the EVs sent to Congress from any individual state to be disputed, if 1 Representative and 1 Senator dispute them. That has also happened, but again I think it was in the 19th century. Then Congress debates and decides whether to accept the EVs.

If despite all of the above one candidate still wins 270 it doesn't matter that some states' EVs aren't counted.

Also even if there is no winner declared and the House cannot choose a winner, Trump's and Pence's terms end at noon on Jan. 20 no matter what. It's written into the Constitution. If no winner has been chosen then get used to saying "Acting President Pelosi."
