They're claiming that you charged back Black Chip Poker. Did you? That's on the same network.
It's possible that BCP got an intentionally wrong report from their payment processor, and you've been blacklisted ever since. This happens sometimes on Bovada. Payment processor claims a chargeback occurred when it didn't, Bovada demands you send them proof that there's no chargeback, and then they reopen your account when you do.
Many of these processors are based in China, and will pull shenanigans repeatedly to rip off players. The sites are aware of this but pretend not to be, because they don't want to cause a mass panic. They also don't want to pay people for their processors' sins, so they just deny what's happening. I sometimes get $80 or so skimmed out of my bitcoin cashout from Bovada/Ignition for the same reason. Sometimes I've gotten them to give it back to me. Usually they play dumb and claim I don't know what I'm talking about.
Anyway, Phil Nagy (CEO of ACR) and I have talked in PM before. I'll see if I can recover the $200 and have him send it to vegas1369.
