Shorting bonds is a bet interest rates are rising. That’s kinda the conventional thinking… rates rising. Me included. Except EVERYBODY IS SHORT and the trade is crowded.
We always want to take the most money from the greatest number of people as quickly as possible. Can you say, squeeze/short covering? A rush to buy bonds to cover puts upward pressure on bond prices. Which means interest rates fall which means folks shove all-in on assets (again).

This is insane. I did some Tesla puts a couple days ago, and now it has popped to $208 and hey are instantly worthless. It is actually amazing how every time I do an option the stock dramatically goes the other way within a couple days and it is instantly worthless.
I have 4 rules when it comes to the stock market:
1) stay away from Chinese stocks
2) stay away from biotech stocks
3) stay away from gold mining stocks
4) stay away from options
I’ve been buying FLL, it’s a gaming stock but I’m buying it because they’re going to get bought eventually. I have about 1,000 shares with a 6$ cost average, I buy some every two weeks though. I would like anyone’s input, maybe I’m wasting my money, I’m not sure

my guess is that when elon finally hits his stop loss on twitter, he will try to go full murdoch and buy failing news / media / msm outlets and (once again) try to middle man the right wing dunce cult echo chamber to somehow turn a profit, because he will have fired everyone who already told him that there are a dozen established right wing fud factories competing for every single penny on the felt.

I listened to him interview her like a year ago. Idk if she’s been back on. Shes like an enthusiastic 20 year old, despite being mid-thirties. I got the mid-life crisis appeal for Musk after listening and watching. Basically a cute girl who hangs on your every word. Lex indulged her. I recall they were talking about the Rise and Fall of the Third Reich and she was mindblown he had read it, like it was some hidden gem, and she seemed 14 years old. A lot like realizing your dad is familiar with Orwell or something similar the first time you stumble upon it in junior high.
You’ve got deep problems if she could be your downfall at his age.
