I’ve posted on Bloomin Brands a few times as my Resturaunt Stock Du Jor. The COO bought 25K Stonks bringing his ownership up to 60K shares 1-2 weeks ago. Well it turns out he bought another ~10K shares last week.
From what I’ve read he usually executes his options and sells them when they become vested. This is the first time he’s gone into the market to buy.
Could be a bad investor like the rest of us. I think it says something.
Also in a separate note it seems like there is a lot of medium/long term call option demand.

The game is rigged. We are still going to get big down days here and there but the Fed isn’t going to ever let the market crash during this cycle. You can trade it to the downside at critical technical points but you can’t permabear short with these rules in place. It would explain why as Europe and where I live in Canada are reopening the economy and life as normal, daily cases continue to drop. For those of us who are invested in cruise ships and airlines it's also very good news (if accurate).
