can share my burdens and get some honest feedback.

Just recently, yesterday, I encountered a problem that I have

not mentioned. I called a lawyer, no response yet.

If I get no response I'll bring it to the forum because

I do value the responses I get here.

I'll probably share the experience with or without

a lawyer cause it may help someone down the line.

I was prescribed a medication that produced rather extreme side effects

One thing about this country is you won't get far trying to implicate a doctor.
Very rare.

But it happened and have yet to hear a response from anyone.
They are all busy buying toilet paper etc.

I did not even know this medication was prescribed. Bi polarism is I think pretty
recognizable but to be certain there should be a battery of tests
to conclude whether you have it one way or the other.

Compare it to ADD. No doctor these days is comfortable prescribing a stimulant
based on the information you provide.
So a series of tests are provided by a clinical psychiatrist at a hospital

This is I what went through 15 years ago and it was a slam dunk. ADD

By contrast I was deemed bi-polar after a no tests in any form

The worst part was not being informed that medication coming my way
was for that perceived problem

The side effects were worrisome and I don't kneed to explain them
Two days after discontinuing that med, the side effects are gone
as far as I can tell

Here's how it went down. I was expecting two medications. Naltrexone and Buspirone. Unfortunately I had to have family Dr. prescribe them for refill purposes. My Dr. ancient and senile and has messed many prescriptions

So I wasn't totally surprised when I went to the pharmacy and was presented with 5 medications .
I said no to three of them. One was a multivitamin, believe it or not. So in the discussion, nothing was said about the two I accepted.

That's their bad.

So I thought I was taking a anti-anxiety med, buspirone and some generic multi-vitamin.
Three days later it was apparent something had changed for the worse.

Then I did google the medication labeled Divalproex aka Depakote.

I've heard of Depakote before but not Divalproex

About 30 years ago, I made a series of dumb decisions. Those decisions violated one or more statues of the state of Minnesota. For those crimes, I was sentenced to a little over 3 years in prison. About 28 years ago, I was released. 27 years ago, I successfully completed parole. That's pretty much it.

Get help for your rampant alcoholism and whatever mental or psychological issues you face. People can change. Instead of blaming everyone else, or trying to dig up useless dirt on me, stand in front of any mirror and talk to that guy for a bit.
