Had a burger from SkinnyFats today here in Vegas. It wasn't bad but the bun got soggy fast because i ordered the burger medium rare.

Five guys does make my top 5 burger places though.

Has anyone tried LazyDog? Had a burger from there a few times and its my favorite in Vegas so far.

No, it's poor people shit. Literally nothing about it is really that great, and if you have to compare it to mcd, wendys etc, well, nobody with any level of sophistication(which you claim to have) would eat at those places without being ironic.

fast casual outing?....is this a OSA concept?

    Say that three times

Do you really expect some minimum wage earner to deliver
an exceptional dining experience. No. It's I'm pissed and don't care
or I'm fat and lazy and don't care experience. Get off your ass
    otherwise

I much prefer A&W or Wendy's. Been to a 5 Guys here in Canada, again my daughters dragged me there, & thought it was at least on A&W's level. I'd go back.
There's an In-n-Out on the strip. I like it because it's not as greasy as the other guys
In-n-Out on the strip is a crowded tourist trap.

The one on Sahara is way better and less chaotic, albeit not convenient if you're on the strip and don't have a car.

Better how? Aside from the crowds and chaos which is the whole strip. Is there a noticeable difference in the food?

I tried the strip one for the first time last summer and the fries were just trash. Basically got served the last of a batch, which is why I tend to hate super busy burger joints...I'm sure the order after mine probably had fresh fries.

As I mentioned before, the In-n-Out fries always have huge variance, but yes, the variance is more on the negative side when it's super busy, which the strip location always is.

It's also fairly slow service (by fast food standards) and chaotic at the strip location. Just kind of a shitty experience.

The Tropicana location is also filled with tourists, and the parking lot is awful.

If you're already in the car, you might as well go a few extra miles and go to Sahara. Obviously if you're just walking around the strip, this isn't feasible.

Five Guys is better than McDonald's and Burger King.

In-n-Out is better than all of them.

Shake Shack may be better too but it is much more expensive.

Shake Shack is good but the food portions are small.

It is Angus beef which is a bit higher quality.

It is also double the price or more than In-N-Out burger.

Was blessed to travel to Paris twice for work last year. The Champs Élysées was a wonderful site and the shopping is known the world round. By far the most jam packed place on the entire street was Five Guys. Couldn’t get in the fucking door there.

They may hate America but they sure as fuck love our burgers.

That should feed 3 people but I know it’s only for 1. Good lord.
