    Is Five Guys Underrated?

It’s a consistently good burger for a fast casual outing, and yet it doesn’t seem to have a cult like following a la in n out. The fries are adequate, though admittedly not my favorite menu item. The milkshake is very good (vanilla choc swirl) and you can find one pretty much anywhere you go, so you should never have to relegate yourself to a burger from mcd, wendys, etc.

When you got the time... like in the car on the way to Five Guys.

You’ll never look at the place the same again. One of the greatest stories ever told.

There's one by me, I'm not all that impressed and don't go there often.

I'm not saying it's bad. It's decent, and I enjoy it when I go, but I don't think it's exceptional. Fries just aren't that good.

In n Out and Tommy's are my two favorite fast food burger joints. Just tried Farmer Boys and thought it was good, especially the fries. I will be back.

If you ever come across a Culvers, try their burgers.

Culvers is mostly located in the Midwest and SE, but do see they have some as far West as Utah/Idaho/Arizona. Also a few in the south

Cajun Fries are the best fries by a fast food chain by far. Lol @ decent you plebs.

Milkshake is garbage. Lol @ ordering that there.

They recently started carrying grilled cheese. If you can add tomato it might be a good appetizer to the cheeseburger.

Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Pickles, and Hot Sauce. In your mouth, all over.

Also if I want a little protein snack, Ill hop in for some peanuts, on the house madam.

Habit is pretty good but the one by me is a crappy location. They constantly fuck up my order and give me an attitude when they do. I gave up on them. Not worth the hassle. Though I'm guessing it's just a shit location and not the whole chain. They've expanded immensely in the past 10 years, so I think they're having a problem with quality control at the corporate level.

In-N-Out gets quality control right. They overpay both the employees and the managers. Then they have very little tolerance for fuckups, rudeness, etc. They control all the locations, don't franchise, and you have to call corporate to reach anyone (you can't call a local store). If they get too many complaints, the manager is fired, and he loses his coveted highly paid position. And the manager knows that, so he also quickly fires any shit employees who slack off or mistreat customers, because otherwise it's his ass on the line. This is why, in my 30 years of going to In-N-Out, there have been very few screwups of my order.

Exactly. First and only fast food place I ever went to that served my food, looked me in the eye and smiled. I expect to be treated as such everywhere I go as its truly an honor for anyone when they come in contact. As far as the burgers, they were avg. 5 guys is better imo

we have poor choices for burgers where I live --- no in and out, shake shack, or red robin; so 5 guys is by far the best around for us. Very expensive, but whatever, it is worth it compared to the others.
