Anyway, what exactly is the losers status right now? I mean, I figure he is obv still in prison, but does anyone know when he gets out or gets parole? I dont remember what his sentence was.

Crimes. Sentenced to 40 years.

Apparently Justin Smith has been released from prison.

I haven't been able to find any other info yet beyond this though or if this is even 100% accurate.

If its accurate, he may have earned time off for good behavior and possibly even taken advantage of the RDAP program which grants time off upon successful completion. He was supposed to serve 7 years and he is out in 5. And as most know, there is no parole in federal prison.
