Press conference right now by NTSB and police department.

They just finished getting the human remains out of there, but it is still a "hazmat site" because of the magnesium and other chemicals from the helicopter.

The roads have been reopened around the crash area, but they still have officers restricting people from the 500x500 foot crash area itself, and the emergency ordinance making it illegal to visit is still in effect.

They claim people can visit in "5-7 days".

Meanwhile, the "other" guy from that 1996 draft, Allen Iverson, left a backpack with $500k in jewelry in his hotel room, and it got stolen.

    Genius.

He got lucky and they recovered it.

I had assumed that by the time I'd be able to get there, it would all be cleaned up. More interested in just seeing the impact crater and the area burnt around it.
There is literally less than .01 percent of the world's population agrees with your fascination with a crash site where teenagers were orphaned. I guess some ISIS members would be interested. Wow, you have some issues. Talk about out of left field, but you are also a guy that goes to Vegas and fills his mini fridge up with Pepsi products.

    What would you call
    Pearl Harbor
    Bone fields in Russia
    Auschwitz-Birkenau
    Somebody said Chernobyl
    Hiroshima Nagasaki
    Wreck diving
James Cameron spent a bunch of money to see the Titanic wreak
    Rome’s coliseum
    etc...
I imagine a memorial will be constructed and people will visit it for many years to come
If druff could get his hands on a piece of that chopper It could fetch a good price to the right collector
Check up in the trees I would think the ground pieces will be scooped up pretty quick.

New images from the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash site prove what NTSB investigators are saying -- there was no chance for survival -- as the aircraft burst into a huge ball of flames.

That video without the fog/clouds would make me believe an experienced pilot didn't know he made a left turn 90 degrees and not a 180. Followed by travelling downward at 100+ mph?

Now that I see that I am more suspicious.

The way this is being played out is that it seems the pilot was too cocky and decided to tough it out and used bad judgement.

    Sadly ironic.

The looping the heli did will always be the strange part for me

The looping was fine, he was just waiting. The part that’s strange is he didn’t respond to the ATC for the last 30 seconds.

So the new stance is too much is being talked about Kobe and not enough about the other people that died in the crash? Society full of retards.

Kobe Bryant was the only life on the helicopter that mattered.

Some media might mention Kobe's daughter who also died but they don't give a shit about the other passengers.

I’ve seen all sorts of reporting about the other passengers but it’s not enough for the woke crowd. All lives matter the same blah blah blah.

Side note, The widower of the assistant coach has been all over the media talking about his wife. Strange as fuck. If my wife died I’m sure as shit not calling Good Morning America the next day to talk about it. Wtf

It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

Because it's big news, it's close to me, and I was a big Lakers/Kobe fan.

Also I always like doing disaster tourism.
Nothing wrong with a little morbid curiosity , no pun intended.
