Companies have zero choice. These aren’t two days ICU stays. These are people going in for two months and we are all paying for their idiocy. Lot of it will be you have public health care already. You’re paying either way. I really don’t think you’d have mandates outside government agencies here if not for health insurance premiums. Plus your vaxxed rate is above 70%. We are under 50 many places. Plus your home health care workers are mandated to be vaccinated. That’s the more dangerous environment. Ours aren’t.
