Down 7 lbs since July 6th. Today started lifting to coincide with running. Going to be hard to get back to the same strength levels without all the gym equipment but I have so much time that I should be able to space out workouts and do more of them a week.

This was my last run





I need 2 months and I should be lifting pre Covid levels. Hoping to get to 7:30 a mile and do about 4 miles a day
