It's a bit hard to believe you're a nurse. It's well documented that my wife is a nurse along with many of her close friends and none of them would call it a hoax. One of our good friends, who works in the ER, lost 3 patients to Covid in her previous 2 shifts last time I talked to her. That's people going to the hospital so sick that they die in the ER before even being admitted. That doesn't happen with the flu. I'm truly curious what your definition is of a hoax.
All I can tell you is what I hear from people with decades of experience working in hospitals. I'm sure some die at home from the flu but you're kidding yourself is you don't think people are dying from covid at home as well. When things were bad in New York they were finding something like 100 people a day dead in their home.
rephrase, tested positive for it, I'm sure I know someone who knows someone that's had it, but they didn't cry like a bitch about it
My mom and sister in law both had it. My mom was very sick but is better now. My sister in law wasn't very sick but lost her sense of taste and smell which she still doesn't have back over a month later. Maybe that's your issue, you haven't had anyone close to you get really sick from it yet. Once you do you'll likely change your outlook.
