    Prove me wrong.

And btw coronavirus in China is SAVING lives!
I have always suspected that once the virus news broke that the discovery of now several cases in many countries in such a short time means the virus has been with us longer than we thought.

This virus is extremely close to SARS, unless you had a very specific and new test done, no one would even know the difference at the hospital.

Also we are now seeing reports of infection that have no logical tie to an outbreak anywhere to build a chain back to origin.

If grandma Perkins in Omaha is diagnosed next week and she never traveled and never had contact with anyone tied to Asia...

Its a new virus, a form of SARS mutated slightly and here we are, yes its new but Id bet with us for a long time.

A new vac. will be here within 6 weeks and by spring Corona will be back to meaning what it used to.

That kind of flies in the face of doctor from the DHS that just said during a news conference that even if this current vaccine is successful, it will be 18 months to clear clinical trials.

SEOUL, Feb 27 (Reuters) - A Korean Air flight attendant who has tested positive for coronavirus had worked on flights between Seoul and Los Angeles, local media reported.

Reuters: The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Wednesday that the crewmember had been on flight KE958 from Israel to Incheon on Feb. 15-16. The passengers included a South Korea tour group from which 31 coronavirus cases were seen to have originated.

Reuters: Yonhap News Agency and other media said she worked on flights KE017 and KE012 on Feb. 19 and Feb. 20 to and from Los Angeles.

Some 30 crewmembers who were on the same flights with her have self-quarantined for 14 days, media reports said.

I've got a flight booked "soon" and it's a long one.

Let's just say this isn't the best time to be flying with the remnants of an anxiety disorder, but I'm just going to put it out of my mind.

Flying to Miami for the Southern Caribbean cruise?

There must be some great deals now.

    Bon voyage

Todd, in light of the trip plan I have only two questions.

    1) Do you have a dead man switch for your BTC?
    2) What do you want the stone to say? May I suggest "ALL IN" ?

I'm going to Japan in May. Not concerned in the slightest.

This strain is also more deadly for old ppl (unless you live in China, where they get the virus from the tap).

    It's everywhere, now. https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/25/asia/...hnk/index.html

Those MIT grad students and their mysterious little offices in Kendall Square? Remember your realization those monkeys weren’t comfort animals.

Of course you’re not afraid. This virus is child’s play.

Just for the record, the area where Shizz works there really is some freaky Biotech shit going on.

Yeah, the scientists I work with are not concerned about the virus. They are more concerned about the reaction by governments to it. Moderna claim to have a vaccine in pre-clin; we'll see its a coronavirus we don't even have a cure for the common cold (also a form of coronavirus).

I will also say I feel safer going to Japan in May than being at the Rio in June where there is always a yearly WSOP virus where you have a bunch of dirty ass degens who don't exercise good hand hygiene.

lol moderna. as mentioned by that weird ghoul at the conference, even if we fast track the entire approval process from bell to bell we would be lucky to have a vaccine that entered trials today be approved for use by the next seasonal virus cycle.

The best part about this virus is that I learned the IOC has a guy named, Dick Pound, working for them
