Notice this is exactly what I was stating for the past month or so.
They want to see where we stand in early May before making a decision on whether to delay or cancel it. They don't want to announce that it's been completely postponed, because they're hoping maybe they could start it later, but not drop the entire schedule.

Be careful with your language. They would need a warrant to search a home. Knocking on doors and asking questions is not a search. If they order you to stay home, your “liberty” interests come into play, but the courts are 100% coming down on the side of the state’s police powers in this situation. Is it kind of scary though? Yes.

I still can’t understand why golf courses are closed during this. Parks are open and people are all over walking paths. Golf is the most socially isolated sport. You legit don’t interact with anyone you didn’t come with. Just make it book tee times online only. Assign cart number online. Truly makes no sense. Really was looking to play five or six days a week with all this time. When it’s nice here, I am legit missing this more than sports on tv. I have gym shit at home to get decent workout with the gym closed. Even the range is closed. I’m hitting plastic golf balls in the back yard and jonesing.

NYC is the most dangerous place in the US to be right now for this virus. This isn't surprising, because of its dense population.
Their symptoms are typical of people of that age without existing health issues. Uncomfortable, but not bad enough to warrant a hospital visit. I hope that's also my story if I get it.
