I take 4000 IU D3 every day. Started doing that when a 2018 blood test said my Vitamin D was low. Now it's normal thanks to the pills, so I keep taking it.

Understand most northerners, even young ones are vitamin D deficient because of overall lack of sunlight. It is unusual for sunny environment individuals to be low. You only need 20 minutes daily on your forearms to get the RDA. Druff needs to get outside more.

The truth is that any system (socialized or privatized), which had a massive number of empty hospital beds and unused equipment for all of this time, would have been incredibly wasteful.

It's very reasonable that hospitals initially didn't have the room to care for a mass number of people infected by this.

It's unreasonable that some countries (including the US) didn't spring into action immediately and work diligently to rectify this before things got really bad. But as I said, that's a failure of government, not the healthcare system.

I agree with it being a matter of no one wanting to pay for extra bed capacity.

I don’t know why you quit with the OJ San, but if it was because of reflux as you mentioned acidity, go low on the turmeric the first time and make sure it agrees with you. There are maybe three things in the world that cause me reflux issues, and OJ and Tumeric are 2 of them. Peppermint shit being the third.

Anecdotal, and it’s weird in that I can eat anything and not get it, but I tried taking tumwric with about 3 different mixtures and it got me every time. Shame, great thing if you tolerate it. Lot of positive with it, but just not for me.
