Elderly people who aren't in nursing homes probably won't get it for a month or more. It's not "last week versus 2 weeks from now".

If everyone elderly was going to have it by December 31, I wouldn't care so much that they're giving it to young supermarket checkers.

However, it's going to be a monthlong expected wait. Given that thousands are dying per day -- most of them elderly -- this is going to mean a LOT of extra unnecessary deaths.

I'm impressed with the speed of vaccine development. That's not my complaint here. The distribution is being fucked up royally, in an effort to appease the unions and the woke left.
