of sensitive data. It is likely being spread via infected email attachments,
malicious online advertisements, and social engineering. Furthermore, anyone
searching the internet for a Coronavirus map could unwittingly navigate to
this malicious website.

This would make more sense than the numbers anyone has provided outside South Korea. Every other country has tested only sick people. It would be kind of great news unless thousands of people are dead in a month here.


We just got our first confirmed case here two days ago. We were one of 15 states to not have one until that day. So if it’s 100k here, it’s two million in Washington state and a million in California as it’s been bouncing around there for two months. You couldn’t read anything into the numbers here as it’s too recent, but if it’s that contagious, you can read into the numbers where we know it’s been for months.

I’d think that number, if true, would have to be great news.

I can’t think how that would be possible. She is probably talking out of her ass because they were closing schools and it’s supposed to be sober and serious and meant to convey how bad it could get.

That said, we have no idea when Ohio or Pa got their real first case. We just know when they got around to testing anyone they found a handful this week.

We know, factually, Washington State has had cases for almost two months confirmed by the CDC and that it bounced around up there unchecked for over a month.

So in almost any scenario where Ohio has 100k cases, Washington State has millions. We know their ERs have been busy and it’s been miserable, but they have like 30 bodies at this point over 2 months. It’s not The Stand. It’s not even the flu if they have a million cases. It’s only really scary when they say they have like 1000 cases. But there is no way they have 1000 cases in any scenario where we have 100k. That makes no sense. If we have 100k, it’s basically the most contagious shit ever and they have millions and haven’t been overran or had to dig mass graves.

If we have 100k cases you’d have to buy everything in the market because this isn’t going to be shit and everything would be back to normal soon and we can all quit worrying about burying our parents any more than an average year. We’d get 4 more years of the fat man and he’d probably name himself surgeon general, but who gives a fuck compared to dealing with half a million dead while we lose 30% of our retirement shit in a month?
