We just need more of them. 3.5 million have already been produced in the UK. Not sure how many are in the US. You can take these at home and see if you've already had the coronavirus. Results show within 15 minutes. This would be step 1 in returning people to society. Those with the antibodies could feel free to go out, as they couldn't be infected again (or so they say).

Russian numbers are way lower than reality, but it's due to lack of testing rather than lies. Plus, Russia has had strong measures since late Jan/early Feb when USA was still asleep. It's not being dealt with very well here at all, don't get me wrong, but still better than the US.
