Well, due to technology/lifestyle/age demographics most of the developed world, especially the US, isn't young and healthy. So given that, it does warrant some concern IMO. 500 years ago this would have been a complete nothing burger because there wasn't enough food to get fat and everyone was dying young from other stuff, but in the 21st century, it is what it is.
