    Pancakes and sausage

Does anyone else like eating breakfast food for dinner? I'm talking about actually cooking and not going to Denny's or Waffle House.

We do this quite often. Pancakes more often than anything else but occasionally a full eggs, sausage, hashbrown breakfast. Easy clean-up too.

I would order a breakfast stuff for dinner quite often in a restaurant if given the choice. The question is do you do it @ home if you have to cook it.

I'm sure the consensus is going to be:

I love breakfast for dinner - breakfast food is really in my top ten for all time best meals. Homemade Eggs Benedict and mimosas = god. But even some fried eggs and a crispy English muffin beats the hell out of most dinners.

For an odd but delicious switch up, try frying up the white or fried rice from your previous meal with a bit of finely chopped onion. Fry till crisp, then fry up a couple of eggs over-easy, and lay on top of the crisped rice.
