This has clip been going around on the internet, even though it's 30 years old. It's a segment they did on "Sesame Street" in 1989, featuring an update to a classic 1974 segment of a cute 5-year-old counting to 20 with "Herry Monster" in an especially animated fashion The boy, "John John", ad-libbed the counting style, and they reran it over the years, especially in the '70s. I remember seeing it in the mid-70s, presumably a few years after it was first run. The 1989 version featured an young adult version of John John, counting again with Herry Monster, and revealing that he's in the Air Force. Oddly enough, Herry Monster also looked 15 years older, presumably because the puppet got worn down over the years.
John John also appeared in a number of other sesame street segments in those days.
For whatever reason, this clip made the rounds recently, and people were remarking how satisfying it was to see little John John all grown up to become a respected member of our military.
Or not.
Turns out that he was arrested in Texas in 1999 for "Sexual Assault of a Child", and the victim was a 4-year-old female! He spent 5 years in prison, was discharged in 2004, and paroled. He had to register as a lifetime sex offender.

Just in case you think it might be the wrong John Williams, you'll see both the resemblance to his 1989 self in the mugshots, as well as the identical birthdate of 9/24/69, which was listed on this Sesame Street wiki site.
