    Horrible Jerseys you have bought

Inspired by a memory from the top 5 RB's thread, it made me remember some of the future "greats" who I liked whose jerseys i picked up/was a kid still and had bought for me.

    I had:

    Damon Stoudamire Raptors jersey

    Kerry Collins Panthers

    Rick Mirer Seahawks

An OG Arizona/Phoenix Coyotes jersey, no player/number (still have it!)

OSA: idiot that's when he was the most popular. wtf is wrong with you
It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

    Larry Johnson Hornets Jersey ftw
As much as it pains me to be in agreement with OSA, Larry Johnson hornets jersey is one of the GOATs

In 1998, I got a Mike Piazza jersey from the Dodgers, only to see them stupidly trade him months later.

    Very frustrating.

Then I realized I opted to get the Jersey with just "31" on the back instead of "Piazza 31".

Years later it became a Joc Pederson jersey.

The OG Phoenix Coyotes are GOAT.

I actually bought this in 1995. Granted I was 15 at the time.

I always had the opinion that the Dodgers should not have players names on the back of the jerseys.

Weirdly was going to post about Piazza as well; when he got traded to the Florida Marlins, my grandpa picked one up for me when vacationing in Florida.

This was a weird choice, as him and I were hardcore Cubs fans and he had just bought me a Sammy Sosa jersey. When I asked, he just told me that he thought it was a cool looking jersey, Piazza was good and no one else I knew would have it.

He was definitely right about no one having it, as Piazza was traded that same year again; I don't think he played more than 10 games for the Marlins.

Piazza stories always stuck with me after that.

Along with juicing allegations that hit nearly every good player of that era, wasn't he rumored to be gay?

    Rule of thumb:
If you are a male wearing the jersey of a player younger than you ....

But I am of the opinion that if you are an adult male wearing a Tom Brady (42) or Zdeno Chara (42) you are still suspect of some kind of identity issues.

Look to the east (always good advice) specifically, England for guidance. English soccer fans don’t generally wear uniforms. Admittedly this has a bit to do with a desire for self preservation.

Ironically, the very people who wear uniforms here aren’t committed enough to perform fan violence. Especially west coast. Even Boston has gone softer. So what exactly is this other than gay? Take a look in the mirror if you are a middle aged jersey wearing fool.

I woke up in a Philly hotel Sunday morning and there were tons of 20 something’s wearing Eagles gear at breakfast. This is an acceptable age. I’m thinking I’m gonna have a smooth run up the East Coast back to Boston on a Sunday. It never clicked I was gonna get fucked with football traffic.

I got stuck in Philly and later the Meadowlands (Jets). It started snowing just after this Eagles picture. Philly fans are hard core losers

    I had a Rick Mirer ND jersey, # 3,
but that turned out to be Montana's number too.
A lot famous # 3's for Notre Dame.

And LOL, of course I bought a few Kaepernick for my nephews.

Bought a Chicago Bears Curtis Enis jersey when I was like 12-13.

I'm not a Bears fan. Enis is from the town I grew up in and was somewhat of a local hero.

    He sucked in the NFL.
