New Cash App scam: The "mom in distress" money request

I got a request from an "Angelina Jackson" -- someone I don't know -- on Cash App. She was requesting $50.

"For Autistic son, mom and daughter stranded need help"

Her Cash App account is $ajack799.

The picture on the account is of a young boy, presumably the "autistic son".

Obviously this is a scam where they hammer this heart-tugging request to tons of people, and some well-meaning-albeit-gullible folks ship her $50.

Anyone else gotten shit like this? I tried to google it and didn't come up with this particular scam.

Its a well known scam here. People posing as relatives, granchildren etc requesting money from old people. Somehow they get lists of older generation very heinous .

These scams are are so common on there app that they shut down a lot of real accounts because of it.

Be careful for anyone using CashApp for buying bitcoin too if you do it a few times in a night their is a high chance they cut you off and once that happens the ban is permanent their is no way to fix that.

CashApp is known to do to this you can search twitter and the all over the internet. They have the worst support I've ever seen even making paypal look a 5 star company.
