So I'm casually strolling downtown Portland when all of a sudden I see a guy on another guy (not unusual for Portland) however, when I heard everyone yelling "KICK HIS ASS SEA BASS" I realized, there was more too it. Turns out the transient was walking down the road slashing every tire he passed. A good Samaritan holds the guy down until police arrive.

Was in Portland last week, and some fucker tried to rip my Oakland A's license plate right off the front of my car. Figured it was a bitter Mariners fan, wonder if it was this guy.
