    Booked a flight to Hawaii while intoxiticated

    I'm in for a hundo penalties if I reneg. I want to go
    no question but I do have responsibilities, like the orphan foundation and the homeless plight

    Should I say fuck you homeless and parentless losers and justrest up on the north shore

    Nice. I know expedia lets u reneg for free within 24 hrs so get drunk again. Actually I think u can reneg until 11:59 PM the following day so nice loop hole to exploit booking right after midnight

    That's not an Expedia thing, that's a federal law. You can cancel any flight reservation you make 24 hours after booking for free. Not sure if Canada is the same.

    I was just about to post this, too.

    I also don't know if this is a Canada law.

    I do know that any flight booked to or from the US has to allow this.

    BTW, Expedia is idiotic. You shouldn't bother with Expedia unless you're actually getting a better deal with them (you're usually not), or unless you've time traveled back to 2004. It just adds a useless additional layer to the entire thing.

    Actually, you are incorrect. The 24 hours only applies if you book the ticket 7 or more days out, though some airlines still offer it as a courtesy.

    Looks like the law also states that, if the airline allows you to do a free "hold" like American does (for 24 hours), then they don't also have to provide the 24 hour cancellation window.

    Yeah I thought I canceled through the website but apparently not. It's off to the North Shore and spend a week on the beach or stay and live by the bitch
