How does you most extreme adventure achievement compare to Colin O’Brady’s?

Last December, an extreme professional athlete named Colin O’Brady became the first human to walk solo *and* unaided across Antarctica. He did so in only 54 days. Joe Rogan had him on his show earlier this year. Here’s a clip from the beginning of that episode.

But that is not the only ridiculous athletic feat he’s accomplished. For example, a few years ago, he broke two world records related to climbing the highest mountains on each of the seven continents. And there’s another one that ai won’t give the spoiler on that is utterly ridiculous. Let me just say it’s a lot like what Druff accomplished the first year he played in the WSOP.

You can probably find other short vids featuring more of his story. But if you’d like to hear more of story of his circumstance and accomplishments, as well as his mindset and approach to extreme performance, I highly recommend watching the entire JRE episode.

And after perusing this material, consider posting below a true-life tale of your most extreme personal adventure experience.

during the polar vortex of 2014 there was a huge ice and snow storm that knocked out the power for blocks, it was like -30 with windchill and I had to walk ~2 miles to a friend's house that had a fireplace. It was gay af

I ate some nice Belgian Dark Chocolate with 400mg of THC and stayed awake, mobile, and generally lucid throughout the aftermath. I think me and Colin pretty much accomplished the same things.

Yeah I heard the Rogan interview and was indeed impressed by the physical
    and mental endurance required.

Not to be to glib, but this guy's achievements are not better
than many who have never left their home town.

Keep in mind that this ego driven person does everything for himself and the glory
he expects. Not possibly the one to emulate

WTF! First, Elizabeth Warren! Now, Colin O’Brady??? When will the train of opportunistic self-promoters the Mumbles once glowingly touted end???!!!

His tale of crossing Antarctica was riveting. But how much was fiction?
Colin O’Brady says he crossed Antarctica alone and “unassisted.” Polar experts say he’s embellishing his accomplishments in pursuit of fame.
