I suppose the I am getting tired of the pain/rehab rinse repeat reason he gave makes sense. Considering now he has a lower ankle "issue" now who knows how bad it was, maybe he couldn't truly play soon any ways.

Either way or for what ever reason I am sad to see it but it must have had to be.

He wasn't getting a SB anytime soon any ways or ever and he already banked like 50M plus endorsements so goodnight sweet prince.

lol @ the dickheads booing the guy

Physical toll on Andrew Luck through 6 NFL seasons:
» Torn cartilage in 2 ribs
    » partially torn abdomen
» a lacerated kidney that left him peeing blood
    » at least 1 concussion
» a torn labrum in his throwing shoulder
» and this mysterious calf/ankle issue that led to this

tony bagadonuts: the calf/ankle could've easily become a torn achilles

Surprising considering how coddled QBs are these days.

It’s just surprising after being pretty good last year.

I hope some dummy drafts him in FF

He went to Stanford. With the connections he made there, he can do whatever he wants with his life. He really doesn’t need football.

Colts are letting him keep ~$25 mil they could have asked for back. Quite a deal for Mr Luck.

With his NFL money he can do whatever he wants.

Fairly certain Luck didn't buy 20 cars and million dollar chains while he was playing.
