Client crashes constantly . Tournaments Canceled . Cash game money goes missing.
Refunds take up to 72 hours if at all. I had some take 3 weeks.
Players have zero access to there loyalty points
The list goes on and on
I think this should start being considered for an investigation

Zero Access to Loyalty points . Cant even see how many you have. Site has crashed over 7 times in the last 4 days . Refunds are being told to us that they have to be done manually . No refunds show up in financial history even when you get a refund . ICM chops are all wrong . Live chat robots just tell you to wait in line and eventually you will get a refund although you have no way of knowing if its correct . Guys in Multiple cash games are complaining money is missing and never returned .
their sportsbook has been down for a few months as well.

I had money missing after leaving three 1/2 tables. All money I was playing with just never credited back to my account. I contacted support and got the money after like 36 hours or so, but have heard from a couple buddies it took them over a week to get it back.
ACR is a dumpster fire.. As some have proposed either total incompetence or outright thievery going on (as some have suggested they are pocketing tons of buyins from bustouts and just returning buyins to those still in tournaments when they crash which seems to be every day now).. Thing is ACR also thinks they are the only game in town for a lot of people.. Now would be a good time for a competitor to cut the legs out from under ACR as unreliable as they've become.. Hell even SealsWithClubs would seem to be a better option or RGs Fox Poker I mean its literally that bad with those idiots at ACR.. I cant believe they would let such a piece of shit be put out in production.. I mean what kind of sandbox testing did they do?? Apparently none if we are to believe its legitimately the software.. No offense but at this point they would be better off rolling back to the previous software interface until this shitpile is remotely stable and functional.. To me the refusal to do that is an indictment not just of the entire IT department but reflects a big pile of shit on the head and face of ACR head Phil Nagy.. I mean hell even Galfolds RIO poker is a better more stable option despite its own short comings at this point... Maybe Im out of the loop but how is it chicagojoey was all over Nagys ass about the bots and shit and then ACR pays lipservice to it and now this dumpster fire occurs which is significantly higher on the reichter scale of poker site issues by far.. Again this is either total incompetence by ACR or this is the most dysfunctional attempt to cut and run stealing player funds that's ever been seen in online poker history..
