About 15 years ago I went to Philly when the price for a southwest ticket from Manchester NH, a hotel room out in center field parking lot and a ticket to the game was cheaper than just the game ticket for the Red Sox.
I found Phillies fans to be amazing and the city as a whole to be great. We found a dude who was cleaning up A bar at 10am to open up for us when we just flew into town.
You just need to follow the glden rule of sports travel. You don’t go into another city and start talking shit. Keep your yap shut and mind your own business and everyone gets along just fine.
I’d gladly go back to see another Phillies game or, God forbid, an Eagles game.

eagles games are a whole different story...unless you are rooting for like the jags or something im sure there is some game that the eagles have lost to another team that they're still really pissed about...

One of the biggest problems Philly players have is the proximity of Atlantic City . It has Caused many problems for Players covering all sports and owners as well .
this is true...when I was working at the shithole one of the GMs told a story of how Jason peters came down to harrahs and paid off a marker with a duffel bag full of cash...think the number was like $250...it's been awhile so I could be off on that number, but it was definitely a 6 figure number...
