This isn’t to say these mass shootings aren’t a problem. His point on the emotions is spot on though.
This set of comparisons versus the consequences of 2 mass shootings is asinine. The other events are generally not easily preventable. Eliminating the immunity for gun merchants from accountability for who the sell guns to would allow the risk of civil liability to encourage gun merchants to vet their customers for mental health and other relevant risk factors.

Trump just went on live TV and blamed the internet for these shootings.

He basically implied that certain websites are breeding grounds for drooling retards spreading fear & hate and said something has to be done.

People who are vetted by gun merchants to not be nutjobs should be able to purchase guns. And gun merchants should bear civil liability for selling guns to people who commit crimes with them. And if the retail gun merchant can’t be found who sold that gun, or is out of business/bankrupt, the merchants who sold or made the gun should be liable. Call it a chain-of-accountability. We need such accountability to reduce the real risk that nutjobs like the two shooters this weekend will get their hands on such weapons.

Alarm bells immediately went off in my head when he went after the internet the way he did. It felt like a starting gun was fired.

So much corruption and illegal activity has been exposed on the internet and the elite would love nothing more than to see certain parts of it removed from public viewing.

And yea, parts of the internet can be a dangerous place for people with dangerous minds. But if these cunts get the power which allows them to shut down websites which they see as a threat to their greed and evil deeds, then that is bad news for joe public. Very very bad news.

Here is his attack for those who missed it.

expect much more of the same.

likely the 3000 richest people in the world are spending today going over their systems, policies and procedures for themselves and their families with their private security contractors such as Academi (formerly Blackwater) and G4S after reading these sentences from the El Paso manifesto.

"In short, America is rotting from the inside out, and peaceful means to stop this seem to be nearly impossible. The inconvenient truth is that our leaders, both Democrat AND Republican, have been failing us for decades.

They are either complacent or involved in one of the biggest betrayals of the American public in our history. The takeover of the United States government by unchecked corporations."

this story has been told by secret organizations and individuals as diverse as Forbes Magazine, comedians from George Carlin to Russell Brand and Bill Burr and authors including Matt Taibbi. some of our

youngsters can see for themselves that their future will never include the kind of life their parents or grandparents once had. they rightly feel cheated, fear their future and the fear manifests as anger.

the same fear and anger that drives trump rallies. could one of the latest 3 shooters lived through foreclosure on their parents house in 08, 09, 10. we'll never know, taboo subject. through TARP and

quantitative easing it has been shown that debt forgiveness can be done on trillion dollar scales, but just for the wealthiest. all of us at pfa apparently live decently and tend to be comfortable.

comfort leads us to believe bricks are for building, if you're poor bricks are for throwing. how about all the kids that are hungry, massive homeless numbers, or peeps denied a shot at upper

strata of poverty due to skin color.

(Oh and lets not forget that these alt-right dickbags might not be so alt right like the media is claiming -but ill concede that those results arent final yet)

Go ahead, now give me the "but its a MASS SHOOTING!" line

You leftists want to cry racism from every angle possible?

How about the fact that these people shot weekly in Chiraq alone are most likely black (you know damn well at least most of them are)...but yet the MSM is out there heavily covering white people shooting and being shot. Where is all of this national media coverage? Systemic racism much?

This yet still confirms my theory that there are more people who:

    - are Democrat voters

    - would most likely vote Democrat

...that by far commit more murders in this country than any leftist could claim that some alt-right shitbag could pull off. Tell me, what exactly have those Democrat politicians done in the past several DECADES to stop this?

Ill sip my coffee while you try to change my mind.
i'm confused. doesn't the democrat party want to take away all the guns, but have been blocked at every attempt at gun reform by republicans? or do i have the parties reversed again
The Democrats were very successful in taking away guns in Chicago with passing stiff guns laws so lucky now there isn’t gun violence there anymore. Oh wait...

    "but muh chicago"

exactly zero meaningful reform has taken place that could possibly help chicago.

if you make every gun illegal in chicago you accomplish nothing if people are able to sell weapons without a background check at the county fair an hour away with nothing required but a folding table to display their goods on.

which the democrats have also tried to address but been blocked by NRA sponsored republitards hiding behind a 230 year old piece of paper guaranteeing that people can own a fucking musket.

You’re really blaming what happens in Chicago on Republicans? Come on man, the Dems that have lead that city on the state level for decades aren’t to blame? Nothing?

Not true at all, interesting take though. You’re cool with all the murders there? Think about what it must be like for the law abiding citizens that live in those bad neighborhoods. You don’t think they would like help?

    Wink

After everyone of these slaughters people from all walks bend over backwards to cast blame or deflect attention to everything except gun control. When DeGrasse Tyson throws up his nonsense you know the battle is lost. Sweep it away and let's just wait for the next.

    sonatine has the correct response

nightmarefish, you know damn well the dems would amend the constitution to take away or at least qualify the right to bear arms if they could, and would love to ban assault weapons, gun show loopholes, enforce strict background checks, etc. etc.

state and local governments running the inner cities can't do any of this because of republican opposition

    this isn't a debatable position

    Oh good another Gookie gem.

Some here are discussing mass murders with guns that make doing so relatively easy.

And some are trying to discuss ways to avoid these slaughters

You're not bright enough to realize this.

What happened your theory that some unknown entity is forcing these shooters into committing these crimes?
