By the way, I actually don't think Druff will be convicted of a moving violation, using the facts of the case. In fact, there is no case. But Druff, you shouldn't bring up the two patrolmen argument at all. Just rely on the facts.

I was kind of wondering the same thing, but Druff does run that other general Vegas Talk forum so I suppose it's a possibility (not likely, but possible) that somehow his internet ramblings and admissions could be discovered and used as evidence against him.

The number one rule of criminal defense law: “Shut The Fuck Up”. You’ll have your opportunity to talk at trial. If I was Druff’s attorney that’s exactly what I would tell him. Of course, I would never let him testify at trial (unless he insisted). A prosecutor would have a field day with him on cross-examination.
