Sorry to hear about your father. This is another reason why assisted suicide needs to be a legal option for terminal individuals. Will never understand why so many are against it.
So many aren’t against it. It polls very similar to abortion in the 70%+ for it range. The problem on both issues is the same. Theocrats have an inordinate amount of power in the GOP, so we get church doctrine from lawmakers and now Supreme Court justices. That’s an obvious fact to anyone paying attention.
