As an aside, while I was able to browbeat them into sending an engineer surprisingly fast to fix these two things, the safe failed again today. Guest services didn't want to send someone quickly again, claiming it was a "different problem". LOL. I finally talked them into it, someone got here fairly quickly, and yes, it turned out the problems were of course related.
