Air conditioner dripping through vent -- wtf does this mean

Right now water just started dripping through the vent (used for both A/C and heating) at a fairly rapid rate.

The A/C wasn't on at that point, but might have come on earlier in the day.

The compressors are outside. This dripping is inside.

Anyone familiar with what this means?

I will probably have a Russian A/C repairman come look at this, but I don't want to get ripped off.

I personally can’t wait to read walls of texts from Druff telling everyone they are wrong and how he received poor customer service. Can’t fucking wait......

It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

Believe it or not, Yes, I do have an idea. It might not be the problem, but ill give it a shot because it is a common issue:

You may have a condensate drainage problem. Im assuming you have central air and a furnace in the basement? if not let me know

There is usually a condensation tube that drains water (both for AC and Heat); this tube may run to a drain. At times, this drainage tube can become clogged with debris (or it could simply be cut off by setting stuff on the tube). Quite simply, if the tube is cleared all the way through and into where it comes out of the unit, you would be good to go.

I guess the first step is to let me know exactly what you have here

The passage to drain condensation from your a/c is clogged, I’m being vague because every make and model of car is different. This could lead to getting royally fucked seeing as the normal unsuspecting person would know absolutely nothing about these drainage systems being clogged and how much it should really cost.

You would think PFA’s local grease monkey would be all over this...

This isn’t an AC problem. Ductwork is just empty steel box work.

The Russian will be looking for a water leak. He may have a remote camera to run in there. Prolly not

Plumbing or leaking roof collecting in duct.

    Take cover off vent
Get a flashlight and send your kid up there. Watch out for sharp screws.

    Brainstorm

It's not like you to make a post lacking so many necessary details.

You're going to get rapped. I hope you don't like your kids mother.

I mean, so many issues. Condensation doesn't start from the aluminum your duct work should be made of. There's a deeper problem.

Have you checked your basement? if no leakage, there is most definite moisture from her puss. I mean, from the pipes in the basement.I can check or double check that for you...I can send text.My point is....stop being a jew bag. The idiots here no shit. sideswashers sister that he fucks is Sarah Huckabe's grand-ma-inlaw...that says it all.
