He is highly intelligent, and I have told him his arrogance will be his downfall. He is spending 3 months in prison because he couldn't keep his mouth shut (sentencing is in Jan).

He is actually not a bad person. An attorney general who wants to appease the mob realized he was an early target. Had he fallen on the sword and apologized AG doesnt take the case to trial.

With all due respect, they arent the same. You can be a sociopath and not be a psychopath but you cant be a psychopath and not be a sociopath. A psychopath has violent behavior in addition to not feeling empathy. Psychopaths are much more rare than sociopaths.

Yeah back at you but the guys at StuffYouShouldKnow are researchers essentially and as part of the job they look at many sources before presenting their information. I was a bit surprised to hear the term sociopath is more or less being dropped. One thing I recall from the show is that psychopaths/sociopaths are not necessarily violent. They state that many blank-paths are highly functional people and often find themselves in charge of things. Just think of what is possible if you're in a business that offers huge profits just for looking the other way.
