Druff enjoyed hearing about your experience at the Indian casino. You are a little bit in error, however, as to what their powers are. Any criminal issues arising would be handled at the state level, whereas any civil claims would be handled by the tribe. They can certainly detain and harass you but they can’t prosecute you for anything.
