I regretted the fingerprint a little bit afterwards. I should have at least gently tried to refuse at first.
But the problem is that they could have arrested me at any point on some BS charge, and that was my biggest concern. Secondary concern was not being able to get the $275 I was holding in ticket form.
I felt weird being so passive, but I knew it was Indian land and my legal rights were just about zero.
Is there any way this affects your case in Vegas? Does photo and print get into some kind of national casino data base?
This makes me want to go to Indian casinos less and less; all of them treat you like a second class citizen
