The Chilis near me is prob the best chain restaurant I've ever seen. All the employees have been working there forever and they are really nice. Well all the employees who work the bar/ lounge side, don't really utilize the dining room as that's where large black families tend to dine.
Salt and pepper tha bad boy and pan fry it for a few minutes per side (probably four turns considering the size of it) then just get a seasoning grinder in the spice aisle, whatever you prefer. It will take you all of 10 extra minutes but it will be worth itjust threw this baby in the oven

Every vegetarian I have ever know (besides my brother) has brought meat back into their diet is some way shape or form.
Human beings are omnivores and our bodies are designed to consume a diet that includes meat protein.
I do appreciate the desire to make conditions more humane for the animals we do consume. The conditions of the factory farms in this country is an outrage. When my brother was a bit more militant in his veganism he gave me Fast Food Nation to read years ago and it was a real eye opener.
To be honest, after being vegan for a year now, I don't miss the meat that much, what I do miss is cheese (50% animal fat). Like as in pizza. I do share your sentiments re the lousy raising conditions of livestock, but I went vegan for different reasons. I'm not here to preach about it, but if you have netflex, the documentary "Forks over Knives" may enlighten some regarding the health risks of eating animal products. It's based on studies not groundless hysteria. So if you are considering going vegan for whatever reason, this film is a good start for trying to sort out for yourself if it's really good for you and/or worth it.
