So this guy posts a huge manifesto on 4chan about Muslim invaders before going on a shooting spree at two mosques killing about 30 people.

And he did it all via facebook live.

Claims he was inspired by Anders Breivik.

Can't find the full video, which is apparently graphic as fuck, but here's an edited version of him cruising around listening to some lol music before firing a few shots off.

Interestingly, New Zealand is one of those countries in which the police don't carry guns. According to the article, only 12 senior officers in the entire nation per shift are designated to carry a firearm. I haven't been there since 1981 so things may have changed, but it seemed like such a benign place with little crime and without much of a police presence even in the cities. Norway lost its virginity and now New Zealand has too.
