Abdelaziz is a former Wynn Resorts and MGM Resorts International executive. He was one of the big wigs who helped setup Macao in 2013. He left Wynn in 2016 to launch Legacy Hospitality Group based out of Las Vegas.

In europe every one is on the take, its just a way of life, Rich peoples kids go the best schools otherwise the schools would get run down and delapatated.
TBH one of the main reasons we left europe was to get away from massive corruption from the grocery store clerks to government offices and everyone in-between .
Have been trying for 4 years to build a cabin on a piece of property we purchased 20 or so years ago in a small mountain hamlet. an have been told it won't be a problem so long as we give the government official 10k euro fucking bullshit. my wife refused to pay and so now its a sweet camping area instead.
