Driving up to take a buddy to the Cards/Cubs game Sunday...
Is it pretty easy to just buy from scalpers before the game, or do I need to buy some before from Stub Hub or whatever? looking for a couple bleacher seats, obv.
Also, good recs for pizza & italian beef spots would be appreciated.

CardS cubs usually a big game with all the cards fans that come up so I would stub hub or Craigslist. If you scalp most of the sports stores around Wrigley sell tickets so you don't have to just deal with the street people. I am going tomorrow should be a good weekend. Except the cubs suck more than usual of course. As the cubs suck you shouldn't have to overpay a lot.

Giodornos pizza is obviously legit Chicago style. I had it recently and it just felt like eating a loaf of bread. I can eat a lot and I don't think I finished a second slice.
I'm pretty sure the place we went for Italian Beef is called Portillo's. The sandwich was great and I specifically remember the chocolate cake milkshake. It's a shake with a huge slice of amazing cake blended into it.

have been to chicago a bunch but never to a cubs game
doing some research and totally shocked at how much general admission bleacher seats are (like 80 bucks a piece)
i've sat field box, ten rows off the field before at busch for about the same price
