Someone sits at my Bovada/Ignition table heads up with $100k and...

First hand I have K7s.

He raises, I consider 3-betting, but just call.

Flop comes K high. I check raise.

Turn J, I bet, he raises, I call. Blank river, I check/call.

He has KJ.





Next hand, I have J2o on the button, I raise, he calls.

Flop A22

He checks, I bet, he calls.

Turn A

He checks, I bet, he raises, I call.

River blank.

He bets, I call.

He turns over A9.




Next hand...

I have 85o.

He limps from the button. I check.

Flop J79 two clubs (I have 8c).

I bet. He folds.

He runs away and I lose $541.

I remember sitting at a NLH cash table with 250,000 big blinds.

There were at least 2 other players sitting with the same amount at a full 9-handed table.

I've seen that happen before but usually it's like 40k ad not 100k. One time I did see around 250k which made me wonder wtf keeps that kind of money on this network. We can say oh it's a sports bettor but this network caps you harder then anywhere else to the point you never need that kind of money on here.

Oh yea old story not sure if I've ever told this on here or not but back when Ignition still had chat and when we could still see tables in the lobby I was playing some 30/60 O8 one night and some guy kept saying in chat he was Dan Druff from pokerfraud alert and kept writing phrases you would only know from this forum like "stop raising there jewdonk" ,etc... I thought it was funny he punted off I'd guess around 1k very fast and I'm 100% sure Druff wouldn't be doing that in chat.

How many more years will it be before they fix this "Unable to process your request at this time" bullshit spawning popup?

I haven't coded in years, nor got that serious about it even though I took like 6 to 8 classes back in college but my guess is they can remove that shit very easily if they wanted. It shouldn't be that many lines of code to fix where the problem is to adjust/remove. It does nothing for the players except cause us frustration.

The Bovada/Ignition client is a fucking buggy trainwreck, and they don't feel like fixing it.

The worst of the worst bugs is the rebuy bug, where you attempt to reload at the table and it "can't connect to the server", and then greys out the button to where you can't try again.

I've had it where I'm playing a fish heads up, run bad, bust against him, and then can't reload due to that bug. I have to leave the table and come back, but in the process the fish thinks I just left, and he leaves. And there's no way to tell him "brb" because there's no chat, and for some odd reason, "brb" isn't one of the pre-selected choices.

One tip, by the way, regarding the software:

When you're getting greyed out buttons regarding opening a cash table, just switch to the "Casino" view (near the top of the client), then back to cash. It should fix itself.

I wasn't the "Dan Druff" you played with, obv.

Ive had this happen live at mohegan sun. Delerium tremmors guy has 100 shoves in front of me his shortsack diseased pot I call with qq off course spikes Ace on river I look to my right and poof he was gone. 10 minutes lare I see guy stand up at another table it was him at another table . God bless
