Enjoyed the bit on the Jamul Casino. I good friend of mine in California had sent me these two $1 chips. The first was when Penn National Gaming ran the property under their Hollywood brand, and the second was after Penn National and the Jamul tribe parted ways. Always entertaining to hear about new casinos, many of which do struggle in their first few years. Casino chip collectors like myself always rush to grab a chip from these new properties knowing from experience that they may unexpectedly close in short order, making the chips much more difficult to obtain.
