Without even knowing anything about the case, my total guess, just based of similar incidents and a lot of law and order episodes, my guess is that he was involved in a pedo ring at some capacity, and the light sentence is because he fully cooperated, maybe turned informant at some point.....just a total guess....

I'm trying to figure out how this played out. He was charged on 11-9-16( literally a day after Trump was elected lol) but then posted around October of 2017, and then apparently wasn't officially convicted until January of 2018...with what looks like a light plea deal.
What happened during that entire year+?
The only thing I can think of is that perhaps he had to be helping them in some way maybe to nail more pervs, which I guess would maybe explain the 5 years probation?
Am I right that he plea bargainned to stay out of prison?
And does he become a member of the sex offender list.

I would guess his involvement was rather minor considering a buddy of mine’s brother in law had a good lawyer and still got six years in prison. He had a large cache of sick shit, but had never touched a child according to any law enforcement. A death sentence would have been warranted to me because his shit was young kids. I found it amazing when his wife defended his behavior until he got sentenced. To get probation I would have to guess it was some collection of intentionally sought after stuff involving post-pubescent girls that are too young. I would be surprised if he got off that light with anything intentionally collected involving pre-pubescent girls/boys.
Its hard to shock me any more, and this doesn’t. He was, at his core, an angry guy. You could feel his resentment at a ton of things if you read between the lines of his posts.
Guys into children pre-pubescent are fucked in a way I don’t think ever fixable. Guys who harbor a resentment at the system and women who have done them wrong in their minds tend to fantasize about moldable young teen girls who can’t take you to court for child support or keep your kids away from you. What they are attracted to isn’t necessarily a child’s body, but a young woman’s body who hasn’t learned how to manipulate. If I were to guess, he was a misogynist who wandered across the line and went to some dark place because of lack of success with grown ass women, but that’s just speculation.

I remember him not being in a good financial spot which is whatever it's his business (besides him not paying child support that is awful) but he had an epic post one time showing a sub he got at the gas station that he was praising and everyone who saw it kind of laughed about it.
